Information on registration fees and benefits

You would like to take part in the 33rd ICSW Global Conference?

You first need to register. The registration process is handled by Vinci Convention Centre. You have to pay a registration fee, according to the following criteria. You can register online through a secured payment procedure handled by Vinci Convention Centre. Registration will give you access to several events at the conference as well as to a cultural programme (see below).

1)For participants who are members of an ICSW member organization, coming from a country that is listed by the OECD for ODA assistance*:

2) For participants who are members of an ICSW member organisation, coming from a country that is NOT listed by the OECD for ODA assistance*:

5) For people accompanying a participant:

Registration fees are 50% of the registration fee for a participant.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE REGISTRATION?


1/ For participants:

a. Access to the opening and closing ceremonies of the conference;

b. Access to all plenary sessions, symposiums and workshops;

c. Three lunches on site on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July, and coffee breaks at 10H30 the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July, and at 15H30 the 1st and 2nd of July;

d. A welcome cocktail in the late afternoon of the 30th of June, a conference dinner on the 1st of July and a conference gala dinner on the 2nd of July;

e. Access to a cyber station at the conference centre from the 30th of June to the 3rd ofJuly ;

f. Numerous field visits on the 4th of July ;

g. Speakers' papers in electronic version, have they been submitted before the conference, and conclusions of the conference.


2/ For people accompanying the participants:

  • Benefits a. and b. above ;

  • A guided tour of Tours.


Before you register, you may check the programme on our website.


During the registration process, you will be asked:

1/ In which symposium you wish to take part :

  • 1, 2 or 3 Tuesday the 1st of July ;

  • 4, 5 or 6 Wednesday the 2nd of July ;

  • 7, 8 or 9 Thursday the 3rd of July.

2/ In which workshops you wish to take part. Two series of 10 workshops are held simultaneously on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, and one set of 10 workshops Thursday afternoon.


We need to know your preferences in order to decide in advance the size of the room in which an event will be held.
