Can we help you to get a visa for France?



The Conference Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to delegates who request this service. The aim of this letter of invitation is to help you with the visa procedure at your local French Embassy or Consulate. For more information on how to obtain a visa for France, please check the website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


Please note that the letter of invitation does not obligate the Conference Organising Committee to provide any financial support to attend the Conference. Also, letters of invitation will not be issued unless you have completed the online registration process and your payment is confirmed.






You can also download an invitation to participate that states the dates, location and objectives of the Conference. Please be aware that this invitation will be of no avail if you use it to apply for a visa. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like us to personalize such an invitation letter.
